Sunday is a day of rest. It is also a day of rest during Lent. That means all Lenten traditions, fasts, sacrifices, etc. get a reprieve on Sundays. Therefore, no 40 Acts of Kindness missions on Sundays. See you tomorrow for the next one.

@amadeo @Corbin5 The tradition of Sunday being a day of rest has gone, but when it comes to Lent, if you have vowed to give something up for Lent, you are permitted to indulge on Sundays during Lent. I am not sure whether faithful Christians follow this "day of rest during Lent" or not. I only heard about it a couple of years ago. I thought the whole season of Lent was Lent and not "take Sundays off from Lent". That makes no sense but it is said to be the Lenten tradition.
