Not going there again.

The service crew asked me if i could wait 20 minutes for our order, I said yes. Then sat down. Twenty minutes had passed and no noodles has been delivered, I decided to ask the cashier if she missed our noodles, then told me to wait again for 10 minutes. The place we have gone for snack was a fastfood restaurant, but the food they offer seems to be not living with the term fast food. What we can do with the slowness? We have chosen to just wait, because arguing with the crew or the staff is not our forte. But instead, we've decided not to go there again. And it was not just us who had made a follow up on our order, an old lady even get mad and cancelled their order. The twenty minutes of waiting is too long, because what we just have is a rice noodles, with sauce and shrimps, dried fish (locally known as "palabok"), it is not that much. Oh well, the fast food resto is really known for its slow service. have you ever had the same experience?

I had experienced something much worse. They had given us the menu but 30 minutes had passed and no one would like to take our order. We decided to leave after that but before leaving, I decided to voice out my anger (a very few times that I have done it, LOL) and the staff were shocked. I told them to assist their customers and not just let them wait for nothing. And usually, if asked if I am willing to wait for more than 10 minutes in a fastfood, I just change my order or go to another store.

There was only one time we had didn't get served, it was in MacDonalds, they soon took action when I shouted loudly and launched the salad they gave us when we paid into the serving area - they soon bucked their ideas up.

@Lucky15 That is the only place where service was a problem, I have been to many places where the quality of the food was a problem (that problem is easily resolved by not going there again).

I have no patience. If it's fast food, that is what I expect. I would not go back either.

People like yourselves who don't like to complain let their feet do the talking, meaning they walk out and don't come back again. Do you have another fast food shop nearby?

Yes. One time I was not even asked if I was willing to wait. The crew assumed so I corrected her that I am not but she left me with no choice. Sigh.

I usually avoid such restaurants.. In fact I always ask how long they will take to serve the food.. if I feel they take too much time I move on.

Send an email to the manager, you make him a favor and possibly you will receive a coupon.

I have not waited that long without a follow up complaint to the corporation. Get the 1-800 number or go to the company website and complain. My wife did that with McDonald's and she got a envelope with lots of free stuff and they had a new crew and management.

I have no such experience from fast food hotels, but in some hotels I had waited at least 30 minutes for the dish. But in that hotel they are making food after order. So warm tasty food erases the worry all.

that is the good thing about hotel restos, making their food cook when you made your order :)
