Request Debit Card For Ikobo

If you user Ikobo account and from Indonesia, can you tell me how to request debit card, should I fund money first in Ikobo or not? thanks

why not use paypal account?it cost cheap fee to receive money.

you don't fund money to ikobo in order to receive money....

Well In iKobo when you receive ny money to your account they amil you the credit card and you dont have to pay a thing....they usually mail it using FedEx....so its very safe and then you can use your card to withdraw money from your account at all ATMs which allow VISA cards....If you have any more questions go to live chat on iKobo Help......they should be able to answer all your questions....
