Choices in life

As I read some of the articles on myLot I wonder if any one regrets some of the choices they have made in life? I wanted to say my children are NOT something I regret! Now the choice to let their father have joint custody with primary in his favor.I thought that if I gave him primary he would still let them stay with me as he had verbally told me he would.I learned the hard way never believe what he says with out getting it in writing.This is my one and only regret that I have. How about you?

Like I said in the other post, one small decision creates a pathway for life. I regret marrying my first husband, however if I hadn't I wouldn't have moved to this town (to get him out of the big city that he hated) and as a result of THAT, wouldn't have met the father of my children. If I had taken a different path, well, maybe I'd have different children with different personalities. Maybe I would have married better and have a better life and more children, which is what I wanted.
One cannot focus on regrets because we can't change the past. We can learn from bad decisions made and make smarter ones in the future.

Sorry to hear sbout your regret. I think I do not have any. Or maybe not fighting for love. But then I always tell myself that it is not wotlrth it so I am appeased by that. We do learn some lessons the hard way.
