Maybe this is how our mother felt when our father was working in an operation with armed rebels before. Last year, saf (special action force) troopers died during their man hunt operation with a known terrorist. Bloody one. Yesterday, another bloody operation happened in another northern province of the country. Five young policemen died during their encounter with the armed rebels(reports said). And i saw the photos, fear just took me. With three male siblings working in the same force/agency, fear is inevitable. Though one of them works more in the office (handling cases filed against his fellow policemen), while the other two are assigned in different stations. With election is just around the corner, it is very dangerous now on their area All i can do now is to pray, that God will send His angels to protect them always.

I share the same feelings for all those in the armed forces . Their life is always at risks . We can only pray for their safety always when in the battlefield .

Just remember that they have one strong weapon , prayer .

There is always fear of having close people in our hearts to be in this line of work. We can only hope for the best and offer prayers to keep them safe. My relatives have the same feeling whenever their children placed in an isolated areas in our country.

Share to them Psalm 91 or the soldier's prayer in case they still don't know it yet or better print them a copy if that would make you feel better.
