The Halibut is the Ocean's largest flat fish, The record is 8 foot 6 and, 515 pounds in weight, they are food to us, but also very high on the food chain in the water, they feed on anything that will fit in their mouths, mostly other fish and, crabs, the Halibut's only predator is us, Killer Whales, Sea Lions and, Sharks. I do eat Halibut, it is probably my favorite Fish to eat, labeled the pork chop of the sea.

Pork chop of the sea lol I don't eat fish and anything from the sea. Just grosses me out. I think it's more of a mind thing. I mean I don't like the taste but there's something about it being from the sea that freaks me out. Everything from there is weird looking. Yet I can easily eat meat that come from cute animals....I'm weird.

I haven't tried it. But I took the liberty to check about it. It was really a huge fish. Frankly, speaking it is a little bit scary because of the size.
