What shall I do, 3 cats long for an adoption

Better the cat knows how love is felt through a hug

I arrived home from work so tired, and there in our door, 3 cats of different colors stayed as if waiting me for so long.Nobody opened the main door to let them know who's outside. They look so hungry. They did not move. They just keep on meowing. I used to have pet cats and dogs when I was a teenager. This time no more my siblings do not like cats and dogs. So, I knocked the door and my sister was so mad seeing the 3 meows.I told her not to hurt them. I chopped a big fish fry them and feed the cats. They are so excited. I watched them while eating and they keep on looking at me. I do not know if adopt them or not. I do not know what to do to them. Before I opened Mylot, I saw them staying near the door. They might get lost when my sister brings a broom and drive them away. Pitiful cats.

Because you have a sister in your house that hates animals you should not keep them but feed them outside. Hope you will do that. We have strays coming here. Some stay outside and we feed them there.

@allknowing, That is a very good suggestion. I will know if they are still nearby this evening when I go home from work.I am going to feed them.

You could keep them outdoors and give them food until they are big enough to take care of themselves. I would protect them as best I could.

@Corbin,, I hope they are still near our yard so they can see me.When I had a pet cat, Kitty is her name, she used to escort me up to gate then meet me when I am home in our gate. But she was stolen by someone. I cried so hard.Kitty was a human-friendly cat. I missed her actually.

People keep trying to give me kittens/cats, but they don't seem to understand the cat I have says this is HIS place and he doesn't want anyone else here

@JolietJake, If cats are well cared by the owner and if be given to others, they will go back to the owner, unless adopt a kitten. But of course, a kitten needs milk, so that is it, another b burden. These 3 cats that arrived home are big enough so no need for a milk.I am willing to adopt them if only no one at home dislike my idea.

@cacay1 That's okay , as long s they don't get inside the house . At least the terrace has a ceiling , so that they will not get wet when it rains .

I know this is an old post, but it was recommended to me alongside another post I was commenting on, and I just have to wonder what happened to the cats? I know it is hard to take in 3 at once, especially if not everyone in the house is agreeable to that, so I don't blame you for not taking them in. I hope they are OK, though.

They just are looking for a home and some food and loving. Glad you have given them food but don't let anyone use a broom to drive them away as that is very mean.

@Marcyas, ,This morning I caught my elder sister driving the cats with a broom. One hides in my feet , the young none I think age 1.She got mad because they slept behind the washing machine that is placed at the edge of our flat terrace. My heart is broken seeing them flew away, but I fed them before I left for school.

@cacay1 I am glad you fed them before going to school, it does not seem like they were hurting anything sleeping behind the washing machine. Why is she so mean to the little kitties does she not like cats?

If I were on your self now, I will have to adopt them. However, if I am with myself in this situation - I cannot, sadly, adopt them as I am allergic to a cat's fur. I had two cats before and I ended up having a mild bronchitis. I know we cannot see the connection but it was the doctor who told my mom that the reason bronchitis was triggered was because of the cat's fur and my pets and I usually sleep together whenever my mom is on duty. i hope they were able to be in a shelter. I would feel sad if they are neglected. :(

If your sister doesn't like cats it maybe hard for you to adopt them. Adopting three cats maybe a bit too much too.

@sofssu, That is also another reason why my sister does not want me to adopt them for they are many unless, one.I think these cats are siblings they are so close to each other.

I wouldn't adopt them because your siblings aren't agreeable. They should be able to fend for themselves, cats are tough animals. Seeing how they appeared at your doorstep, seems like someone left them there.

@TRBRocks, if I am to decide, I will adopt them, but my sister does not like.Even before she does not like. She has numerous reasons hard to electorate here.I might do some suggestions here to feed them when they are around. They seem sibling cats.
