More Bugs Fixed On The New Website

Thanks again to all the bug-hunters out there! We made some pretty good progress today, and should be able to migrate everything to for everybody to see before too long.
Here is a list of what we fixed today...
Fixed a post that was truncated incorrectly.
Fixed the time display on newly posted comments and responses.
When you post a new response, it will now be added to the top of the response list, and you will automatically scroll there.
Response & comment tags will no longer get messed up when you edit a response or comment.
Dropdown menus on mobile devices are improved. Please let us know if you're still seeing issues.
You're now able to edit a response and upload an image.
You can now delete notifications on mobile devices.
Notification counts should now update properly as you delete notifications and suggestions.
Menu now contains link to your profile and menu settings links are consolidated for better display on mobile devices.
myLot is an enormous discussion board, blogging community, questions and answers hub, social network and online hangout that pays you for your valuable contributions

In Private Messages, make the text entry box move up into the top half of the screen when the touchscreen keyboard activates in the lower half - otherwise the keyboard sits over the text entry box and you have to type blind... This using Chrome on an Android smartphone.

of course, Anne. Did you never see the x to the right of each notification? Although if you don't delete them, they will be deleted automatically once a week has passed.

@AnneEJ as things are improved much is changing which changes the learning curve too. There was something I learned for the first time a bit ago and shared it. I found many others who hadn't seen what I found as yet, while others saw it as soon as they began writing here, so we all find things at our own speed I imagine or read about it in the discussions of our friend.s

I didn't actually have any problems with the new look site...I'm just pleased you new/old mylot owners are trying to make the site better as there are a lot of people that really like this place.
I've just been wondering if anyone would make a more in depth post about where they see the direction of the site going.
Have you got intentions beyond a discussion site towards a more social media focus or do you intend to stay as you are, a discussion site?
Maybe get twitter/fb/pinterest plugins as they could be useful.
It'd be quite nice to know as you've many members who may be able to give you some suggestions if they know what you're aiming for

I know you are working hard. I am hoping that for those of us who still have timeout issues frequently it gets to be better. Of course it could be on our end but this is the only site it happens on.

Here are some bugs you need to fix. Respond button is visible to the discussions of the people who blocked us. We are not suppose to be able to see that button in the discussion of people who blocked us right.
Also people that I blocked were able to mention me.
I think if we are blocked by a person their discussions should be invisible so we have a slot for an available discussion.

I am curious why everyday I see there are at least 5 to 7 notifications when in fact there are none, it's still happening today .... it's just a little annoying is all.

It breaks the formatting if you don't take the time to insert the correct myLot Code tags around each paragraph.[/i]

Guess if these sentences show up properly the issue might be just one of the text formatting options.[/b]
Speaking of which, is there any chance we could get a few more text options? I'd like to see strikethrough added sometime down the road... been wishing for that one for years.
