Aging is one of the normal processes that every individual experiences as they grow older. It starts at the age of 40 and above, this aging process cannot be denied for those individual with physical changes. For women, the term menopause is commonly having low the body hormone, that is, estrogen. Here is the question, “Do men have the same deterioration of their body?” It is not surprising that there is always a counterpart condition in the opposite gender. Thus a man also experiencing same medical condition, the term use is “andropause”, in lay man term “man-opause”. Men don’t have exemption as they decrease testosterone hormone, the end result of aging. It cannot be underestimate the normal degradation man’s bodily function. Perhaps it is not also considered a mystery. It happens as a normal aging process to senility stage. The part of being equal in social norms made it possible. The advocacy is to treat each gender in the community as individuals with equal rights. The equality roles of men and women are not still observed in other countries. However, there is still hope for changes. The hope is endless for women to attain the equal roles in the society. The advocacy had spread like fire and many women are into changes. The good side, they were awaken and empowered to reach the humane possible treatment for them.

After forty men and women have hormone changes. But I don't think men have much emotional problems with it. But women need care in that stage.

@shshiju I do agree on that. We need to understand the mood swing of women when they are on this stage.

There are still many areas where women are considered very inferior to men. There are still a lot of changes that need to be made.
