Today I am flattering the heart doctor I was sent to, I am doing a stress test because I used to smoke. I have not put a cigarette in my mouth in over 10 years. He wants to see if I have heart disease. I already said I feel fine and he already agreed I did not belong in his office. But I got clearance for the test to be free so I am going around noon. I cant eat till after this test and no drinks for 4 hours prior but I have to tell them I did have a slice of cheese and my diabetes pill. I am getting it back in order and I cant do without it at this time. So I am off to walk. I wonder how long I will walk before they make me stop? I can do 40 minutes at 3.2 on my thread. read ya later :)

If you don't belong in his office then why do this test as it doesn't make any sense for you to go there just so he can make some money off of you.

@andriaperry Good that it is a free test and your doctor should take your word for it.

I did not have to stop the test, they did. I was walking straight up and I got the pulse rate to 169. They said I did good!
