Cleaning + Finding Lost Items/New I never knew I owned!

It's literally a cleaning spree all week for my boyfriend and I. I have random items at his place all over the house and this week - each day we both set aside a few hours to do major cleaning hence I have been MIA on myLot lately.
What we've been doing?
- Vacuuming
- Steam the carpet
- Re-organizing the rooms/closest
- Cleaned out the fridge/freezer
- Essentially cleaned the whole house (mirrors, glass, counter tops, floor, toilets, shower, etc)
And while doing all that - we found tons of lost items we've been looking for and some new items I/we never knew I/we owned!
What we found?
- New clothes with tags (for both of us) 
- I found a bunch of jackets I forgot I owned so now they're brand new to me so I'm super stoked. 
- Yoga ball that we never blew up
- Random necessities that are new/useful - bandaids, toothbrush, tissues, etc.
- Much more random knick knacks!
Have you ever cleaned to find out you have new items? Things you've been looking for? Etc? It's so exciting. We also threw out a bunch of junk! The trash was just picked up the other day and the trash can is already full, lol...

Oh yeah! It was really fun especially finding treasures! We're very motivated to get the house clean, hehe.

I tend to over shop so I store away clothes then I end up forgetting about them. Luckily these clothes are still in style.

Must have been like a treasure hunt for you. I remember finding a 100 dollar bill which I was searching for After my return from a foreign tour I had this money with me and did not know where I had kept it I found it in a cover that was kept in a pile for discarding!!!

So you see , it's a good thing you get to general clean your house . And what is good is your boyfriend helped you . How nice !
But new clothes with tags ! Gosh , i never allow newly bought clothes not to be worn at once and hubby has the same attitude also.

I sometimes store new clothes away and forget about them. Now I have some new clothes hehe so does my boyfriend.
My boyfriend did the bigger clean and I helped with the minor cleaning lol. Teamwork.

I was doing a bit of cleaning today when I realized I had a book I totally forgot about as well as some socks that were gifted to me last year I never washed to wear!
I"m still doing a bit of cleaning so I'll find "new" items surely.

@ScribbledAdNauseum This picture is nice.
I don't explain very well in fact I am horrible at explaining. I usually just open the photo on my computer then make the screen smaller for the photo. Print screen Go to paint and open the print screen Copy the photo you want to use then paste it in a new paint paper and save it there.

@infatuatedbby *Shopping at home!* hehe.
Thanks. I can't resize the one I want to use. I edited a picture and I tried resizing it with paint but it won't resize without saving also the white background of the paint program.

Yes, I've dug out a long lost watch, clothes that've been tucked away but could be worn, written cards from friends etc. It's a huge relief to clean out our junk and recover some of our lost treasures.

There's the garage left to do tomorrow and throughout the weekend so I'm excited to see what treasures I'll find, lol. At the same time clearing out all the junk!

@infatuatedbby I did find a few treasures. There was a bottle of mouthwash that I thought I lost. Somewhere in the rubble, I lost my TV remote and it won't work without it. Wah!
