I have this recipe site called Big Oven that is on my kindle. One of the recipes was for bourbon chicken. It had really good reviews, so I made it tonight for supper. I have to say just tasting it in the pan, it is awesome! I think this is going to be a repeat recipe. Have you had it? they pass out samples in the mall, at Chinese places.
