I had a director who does not like to listen. Every time I let him know the company's status. He would say : "Why are you asking me?" And I will tell him: "I am telling you. Not asking you." Finally, I left the company.

Maybe he just worked for the money and did not really care how anything was going.

I think some people really don't know how to work in a team. Some people can only work alone.

If he just works for the money and he has a high position then that's bad for him and the company as well, it's like killing the goose that lays the golden egg, soon there would be no money for everyone working there

It's either he does not know anything how to ran a company or he knows more than you that the company is probably a sinking ship so he pretends not to know anything.

Actually, I think he has closed his eyes and ears to know everything.

@hoong143 What status of the company were you telling him? Was it mostly bad or good?, If it's mostly bad then probably that's the reason why he just shut down his senses and went into a state of denial

i wonder how the company can survive with this kind of director around. I hate it when someone does not listen when you have prepared so well for it.
