I am totally pissed off tonight!!!

I just went and checked my mail for tonight. I didn't check it yesterday, I don't think. But, I went and checked it anyways. I am looking for my earrings that I bought from Wish.com, and when I went out to check the mail, my package haven't came in still. I emailed the company's support the other day, and just got an email back from them earlier today, I believe. They said, that they see that the package is still in transit, and is on it's way to you. Now, they said that the package has been delayed for some time now. NO KIDDING!!! It should have gotten here on or around February 06-15th of this year. So, they said that I have two options, 1: I can have someone to email me to explain to me what to do about not getting the package 2: I can request a refund from it. And they said that if I request a refund, and get the package back within days, that I can go ahead and keep it. But, if I still don't receive the package, than, I can request a refund, and than order it again. Yeah, Than I will have to wait another month to get the durn thing! I'm totally mad right now, and I just want my earrings that I ordered! IDK what to do. IDK if I should request for a refund, and than order it again, or leave it alone for about another week or so to see if it comes in. What would you do in this case of not getting your earrings? Thanks in advance for your responses!

Contact the BBB. Sharon had some problems with wish.com. I saw a discussion where you and her were talking about it so checked out the site and did a huge "nope". Sorry but sites where you pay less than you would expect to are almost always scam. I don't care how many packages you've gotten from them in the past, they ALWAYS go under. I'm not saying that they aren't trying to be reputable, but there is really no way to make a profit by selling UNDER market value.

You're right there girl. I guess I won't be buying from them again. Would you request a refund from them? Or give them a week or so to see if the package does arrive? I'm just curious if they are gonna send it now.

@danny1971 I would try to request a refund but I'd also be contacting the BBB and seeing what they could do for me. I do a lot of buying online but will not go with a site that I can not trust. I actually buy british food online but do a lot of research before I try a new site. Always look for scam reports on sites like ripoffreport.com I hope it all works out for you.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Thank you so much for your help tonight. I think that I might request a refund tomorrow after 4pm if my package doesn't arrive by than. Plus, I will give a call to the BBB and see what is up with all of this. Thanks again hon!

I would take the refund and find earrings else where that I could pick up and leave the store with. I read a few reviews and people got refunds and ordered the item again and got it. I don't hold the store at fault being that they are not traveling with it. I am going there right now about my items for a refund and I will order the item again being that I can't find that out here.
