I have not reached the minimum pay-out last month so I still continue making more discussions and viewing others’ discussions as well. Although I was absent from this site for several days due to health reasons, I still felt happy because when I came back, I am still welcomed by you, my friends.
Now that the month of February is coming to end next Monday, I have already reached the minimum. I placed my PayPal account in my personal settings, and I hope that I will be included in the roster of the ‘payables’.
But how about those who want to be paid $20.00? Don’t they put their PayPal accounts? Or will the admin take their PayPal accounts and automatically pay-out every end of the month?

@ridingbet The first time i came here when i have known that it was rebooted , it took me 5 months . Then after that , every month , but now , it seems i am slowing down or maybe the rate .

@SIMPLYD but I think this is better than bubblews because we do not need to reach $50, which is "mission:Impossible" to all bubblers. $10 can be reached with a month or two, depending on how active a lotter is.

but how will we know that the payment is already in our PayPal account? If our bank is now zero-balance, right? at last, if that happens, my PayPal account will be 'resurrected' again.

You have understood the payment method correctly. If you wanted to keep your earnings until they reach more than $10, the only option is to leave the PayPal field blank until your earnings reach your target amount and then to put your PayPal ID in a few days before the end of the month.
Whatever your balance is (provided that it is more than $10) at midnight - US Central Time, not your local time - on the last day of any month will be what will be sent to your PayPal on or before the 15th of the following month.
US Central Time is Universal Time -6:00. I think that the Philippines are Universal Time +8:00, so midnight in Kansas will be 14 hours after your midnight (until Daylight Saving starts in the US on 13 March, when you will be 13 hours ahead).

thank you. I already placed my PayPal account when I reached the minimum but that was after the end of January now. So, I hope to have my pay-out at the end of this month, hopefully.

I also read that we are paid-out at the end of every month once we reach the minimum mount, and on the 15th of the next month, we will receive our payment through PayPal. Please correct me if I am wrong, my dear, thanks!

If you are over the minimum $10. You will receive your payment on or around the 14th of the following month. In January I was well over the minimum (for my first payout). This month I knew it would be unlikely, and no, I'm still $4. short, so March should be easy.

@Morleyhunt that is true. A lot of us have had that dilemma about the payment system from the sunken bubbling site that is why many are questioning about when and how we will get paid. But basing from all that I read, I am now getting a clearer view about payments here.

I think we can "redeem" (excuse the word from bubblews)at the end of every month, and we will be paid-out on the 15th of the next month, so if I will be paid-out this end of February, I should expect the amount to appear on my PayPal account on the 15th of March. I hope I am right here.
