Whenever I feel so overloaded, I used to travel in nearby towns. It is a round trip travel, since I need to go back to the reality of my life. One day vacation is worth it, seeing the mountains terrain from my hometown to low land areas are so entertaining. It washes all the stress that bothers me for quite some time, even if it is temporary. Then life become complicated and I don’t have the time to travel. If I have the chance, there will be no second thoughts of doing it again. I can still do it within my home town; walking journey is one thing I can assure of. You just need to explore the world nearest to your heart.

I do the same thing! It's amazing how even a 20 mile drive and a change in scenery can make you less stressed and clear the head!

You can do that during the weekend, but not every weekend. I think if you can travel and stay in the mountain for a night with your family, that is a good outing too.
