That I found some statuettes in the maximum film event, the Oscars 2016. They were successful all expectations? Had a favorite that you think should take the statuette winner instead? I particularly did not expect some winners and let me know your opinions.

@YuleimaVzla I did not have any favorites,except for the best actor category.I thought that Leo would win,and he did.

It was time that the Academy recognized the career of Leonardo DiCaprio ... I think good movies starred as the fact that he never won an Oscar was seen absurd.

I did not watch it and so I'll have to check the results. I was out making my own videos of entertainers and they will appear on my YouTube channel. I am an amateur with a pocket camera.

Really? I'm not too cinephile, I love music is my passion and I love to sing. But the Oscars are obligatory reference for me.

@YuleimaVzla The video is now up on YouTube and it is about musical performers that have been honored in Montreal, including my friend Lorraine Klaasen. I think the right movie (Spotlight) won the Oscar. Nobody should be able to hide their monstrous crimes. Some religions have so much evil hidden in their closets but the day of reckoning is coming. What do you think?

@1hopefulman I reach a point in my life where I haven´t religion, just I think that there is a God and I respect (also respect all religions and beliefs world) ... But all that is happening globally is disturbing and is indicative of something very strong is nearby.

Which winners had you not expected. It would have been unexpected if Leonardo did not win. As far as best movie is considered, spotlight winning it might come across as surprise for few but I felt it was correct.

The best part of the awards was when Leonardo got the award and he said in his speech " I did not take tonight for granted".

@avi256 I agree with you ... still do not understand how it lasted so many years and dozens of films without taking a prize with an actor of that caliber. There was another actor who does so with many years of experience and after winning their first Oscars not stopped raining prizes ... It's like over the "curse of the Oscars" haha
