Didn't get them done today...

One of the errands Mom and I were supposed to run while we were out today was going to get my taxes done.
So, I went to the recreation center, where a bunch of volunteers do them for free. When I went to sign up, though, the lady at the table said
1) did I have my tax return from the previous year.
Me: No. I didn't really need it to get my taxes done, but I guess if I had it would have made the process faster
Then the lady said: 2) "We only have five people (volunteers) doing the taxes today, so you'll probably be waiting here until two p.m. "
Me: 
So, Mom decided to bring me another day and we went on to do our other errands. ;p Oh, well. On to other things.

Do you have to have a program or something? Or do you go to a website to do them?

@xstitcher I use U File. It carries the information over each year, so all you have to do is put in the information from your slips and it does all the calculating

I really don't need to do my taxes this year, but I am going to file anyway as I get obsessive that way.
