My wife is upset because a manager at Lowe's told her he did not trust PMH.

PMH stands for Peak Market Homes LLC. They are general contractors in the area and are referred by Home Advisor, but a recent Email sent today says the window is ready and they will be installing it sometime either this Friday or Saturday and that we will be contacted shortly about this. So with that I am relieved.

Well, he is a person and can have his own opinion. Once a deal has been contracted it is too late to ask for opinions. If it is just one window, you can decide if you ever want to do business with them again.

Yea. I know. And I have thought this through.

Just because someone is a manager at Lowe's does not mean that person knows it all. Maybe he/she thought they could have someone from Lowe's install the window and that is why that person said that.

Yep. That thought also occurred to me. It's getting to the point you can't really trust anyone.

@lookatdesktop I have learned to make my own decisions and ask many questions to find out about things like that.

@Marcyaz , and I realize it is unwise for me to jump to the wrong conclusions without getting all of the facts.I'm still waiting for results. I am being a bit more persistent with the contractor but I hope it works out. There is a good chance this will actually turn out for the better. I must learn patience.
