Do You Ever Have Dreams Where You Read All the Time?

I have a lot of dreams where reading is a big part of the storyline. Whether it's on a computer screen, technical documents, or even maps and signs, I read a lot in my dreams. Sometimes I feel like there's too much to read. Last night I had a dream where I kept losing track of the words on the computer screen that I was looking at (yes, I was on the internet in a dream). The bad part of a dream is that it's hard to go back to look at what you missed (not impossible, I've done that before). Do you have to read a lot in your dreams?

I don't think I noticed any reading in my dreams.

Apparently only a small percentage of people can actually read in their dreams. In fact I heard growing up that no one does, but clearly that isn't true. It's like the 'dreaming in black and white' saying. Who does that?

@OneOfMany I am going to have to pay attention now. That's interesting that hardly no one reads in their dreams. I wonder why that is

I don't think I have ever read anything in a dream, but it's possible I just have no recollection. Most of my dreams live in my peripheral vision, there, but not there. *sigh*

It seems a lot of people would be that way. Plus they are too distracted by real life that they can't entertain their dreams. My dream this morning wasn't all that interesting so the details aren't necessary to remember.

I don't remember ever having a dream where I am reading. I guess I do enough reading when I am awake and am too tired to read in my dreams.

It's a whole other world in my dreams. If I'm asleep then I must be awake and rested in the dream world. :D

I used to dream about working. In my dreams I was doing a lot of typing. Sometimes I would dream about an actual mistake I had made, and it would wake me up.

My dreams are all over the place, but occasionally a phrase or a number will appear and that usually ties into my future somehow. Nothing in the dream last night was one of those, but there was one line that made me hesitate. I can't remember it completely, so it wasn't a telling one.
