The Greener The Better!

Eating cleaner and cutting out certain foods is definitely doing its purpose. I have lost 4 pounds in about 3 weeks and I have stopped eating red meat and alot more veggies! I feel a bit more energetic and im enjoying vegetables more and more as I season them with minced garlic and a little bit of butter. Health is wealth and my heathly deicisions are for the better! Do you consume enough green a week?

@BelleStarr I enjoy potatoes as well but they are fattening, nothinf like baked potatoes or a buttery mash lol

I just have to watch my carb intake, and cut down on breads, sugars, rice, potatos, etc. Dinner was salad and chicken so not bad there.

I am relying a lot on onion garlic soup to kill those fats which I accumulated due to overeating in last few months.

i must admit i've been eating red meat stil despite of what i've said about dieting. and the soup i made i ended up eating more than what i've reduced to eat. well, i will try to add ginger on my soup this time.

Yeah ans just take it easy on the red meat, I love steak but it isnt too good for you and can cause multiple cancers when consumed too much
