Power of exercise

I do believe in the power of exercise. Exercise not only helps your body but also your brain. Exercise release a certain kind of hormone that works as pain killer. Exercise is a great stress buster, you can cure many mental issues by implying working out in gym.

I think exercise is good for both mental and physical well being. However, I am not physically able to do much exercising.

I agree with you.. Every time I do some excercise I feel refreshed. Unfortunately many people nowadays don't have time to do it... they are just too busy... :(

As well as what you mentioned, besides promoting overall better health, exercise also keeps us from diseases such as cardiovascular problems. I myself have a weak heart, so exercising is a must to make my heart strong enough to endure straining activities. When I've stopped exercising it even got to the point where climbing up the stairs up to the fourth floor became a challenge. You don't have to have a gym membership to exercise. You can learn workouts that use only your bodyweight, and you can just go jogging every morning for half an hour. The point is, you have to keep moving to condition your muscles and keep them from being too weak.

I don't belong to a gym, but that doesn't mean I can't exerciise, as I walk my dogs most days. It is good for them as well as for me. It is a beautiful sunny day, and a grreat day to be outside. I mowed the grass today too. I guess I got double the excercise.

There is really no doubt that exercises make us physically and mentally fit. It is a good way to stay as fit as a fiddle.
