I need your advice on how to get back in shape after having a baby or general weight loss tactics.

follow a proper diet and start stretching your body. you dont to go to a gym, you can do it in the morning or whenever the baby is sleeping. being a hands-on mom is a form of an exercise too. then stay away from your cravings for now. make it a habit, and youll get there in no time.

You can join many tricks to loose your weight such as take a proper diet, regular exercise, work actively. You can also join gym to loose weight.
