The new cooks are really making an effort to make meals better. The pepperoni pizza was great, the baked potato wedges, white frosted cake all was
really so much better than we used to have it.The hot buffalo wings i dd not touch as myh tmy does not l ie Mexcican hot hot stuff.Im sure fr those who lve jalepeno chicken wings they are delicious b ut I cannot handle the s uper hot stuff.S I do not try.
My son along with man y other adult children had protested to the omnsbudman abouthe awful meals an d these new owners are really
making an effort for very good meals.
S ome of their rules are nutty as a fruit cake but being none of them are even thirty that can be expected as they do not reallyknow and evidently do not care how we seniors feel or think. they will be s urprised to reach our age and be reated like morons lol lol lol

Atleast they are trying to change things up. Perhaps, they can be reminded to maybe mix up the classics but add some foods most of the residents can tolerate. You are right though they have no idea what someone can tolerate for food when they are older. As you said in time they might figure it out as they work on menu planning further for the residents they are cooking for.

yes the old cooks never tried anynew dishes and too they did npt d p well at the old classics eilther
