It's 5:30am, and still I lie here wide awake - my brain working overdrive thinking things over and over again. Anyone else struggle sleeping during the night? What do you find helps?

Few months back,I was in same position.I used to read books and listen music. But now things have changed, gradually,I developed peace within myself and didn't let thoughts frustrate me.Meditation is best option.

Firstly I am so pleased to hear you have found peace within and sleeping is no longer a struggle for you. these thoughts so not furstrated me, they are all very ramdon but not negative - but the lack of sleep is annoying. Reading looks does not work for me as I forget about time and sit up reading till the sun rises. Meditation I may have to try. Thankyou for that sujestion.

It is 11:48pm where I am right now, and it says you posted this discussion fourteen minutes ago. So there is quite a time difference! I try reading, or watching television, or praying. Sometimes I fall asleep praying.

I'm in England, my alarm will be going off for work in 1 hour and still I'm wide awake. It's going to be a very long day. I normally put a film on to help me sleep, however I tripped over the cable this morning and smashed my screen.

When you have lots of things to think , sleep would be illusive .
