Youtube Of The Day – Jasper Carrott Comedy – The Nutter On The Bus

Preston, England
March 9, 2016 3:36am CST
Few moments of classic stand-up comedy resonate with people as directly as this vintage Jasper Carrot golden moment as just about anyone travelling on public transport has encountered the crazed barmpot fellow passenger who talks rubbish, insults and threatens and makes your journey a living Hell until we can get away from them. I have had nutters place themselves by me on countless journeys. I’m betting you have too. Carrott captures the cringing embarrassment of the approach of the nutter perfectly. Arthur Chappell
Classic sketch from Jasper. Taken from "Carrott in Notts" recorded in 1976. Many thanks to padbrit for the info.

@arthurchappell any public transit I am sure. The most I ever took public transit wise has been in Japan, if there were odd ducks near me I never knew. Now fish breath and saki...

I tend to read while travelling so I'm easy prey to the nutters sadly
