Made bread pudding

I had those loafs I bought last week from Walmart. I broke it up and made bread pudding. It was delicious and I added some ice cream on top.

I find not a lot of places offer it, and the cost of bread regularly is ridiculous.

@ricki_911 When I visit my son in the US, I like to go to Golden Corral and they always have bread pudding, so that is what I choose for dessert.

My brother loves bread pudding. He usually has someone make him a big batch. He pays dearly for it though. I am looking for a great recipe so I can make him a batch for his birthday, which is in May.

6 cups bread half cup butter melted half cup sugar 2 cups milk 2 eggs Let bread soak in mixture and cook 450F for 30-45 minutes. half cup brown sugar 1 egg quarter cup butter Mixed and poured ontop of cooled pudding.

It is!. I like it when you soak it a little longer which puffs it up. All the bread pudding I have bought or got at places are always dry.

Yes, the recipe called for raisens but I dont like them.

It is very simple to make the bread, milk, butter, sugar, and eggs.
