Paypal Account

My PAN Card has only first name written. Now when I am entering the details like that, the last name is mandatory. How do I create PayPal account in that case?

be sure you put all details when you apply for a card on PayPal.

you probably have no choice but to get a fresh card with your surname included - good luck
