For some of the world, this weekend is the weekend that we turn the clocks forward. Although we lose an hour, this is probably my favorite thing about spring. This just gives me hope that summer is on its way. And it gives us more sunlight during the day.
As I have mentioned before I suffer from Seasonal depression. I get super depressed in the winter time.
This winter has been pretty mild for me, so this year hasn't been too bad. Most of my depression has been situational this year. And it continues to be that way. But nothing is better then warm sun on your skin, soaking in the vitamin D. Summer is my favorite time of the year because I love being outside in the heat soaking up the sun
There is so much more you can do with the day when you have more daylight as well.
What do you like to do with the extra daylight of spring and summer?

You will only be 5 hours behind me for a few weeks. Enjoy the extra daylight, so looking forward to spring.

Summer seasons is better than winter for me also. We have longer days and we could do lot more outdoor activities in summer.
