Finding Inner Peace while walking alone

Many days I walked alone. But in those days I found inner peace. Now this weekend I will have some wonderful times with friends, and good things manifest.. as we see and enjoy the magic in life! We must keep moving forward to get where we want to truly be! I wish you all a great weekend! Blessings !

@mammots Ego was involved in my affirmation. We just talked about this in my psychology class. You have to love yourself to love others well. And you have to be OK with "active solitude" to have something to bring to others.

indeed. i remember one time i was fuming about something so i went out, removed my shoes and took a walk around barefoot..

Walking is a good exercise. Alone or with friends, walking definitely give benefits. However, friends can make magic and can be cheerful the life. Glad to know that you were enjoyed with both walk alone and walk with friends. Have a great weekend to you
