Good morning everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful start to your day. It is a sunny with blue skies here at the Jersey Shore. The temperature is 48 degrees F and is expected to get up to about 60 degrees today. It isn't quite the 80 degree temps that we've had the past few days but still I'll take it over the cold winter ones we've had recently. Today is the St. Patrick's Day Parade over the bridge in Seaside Heights. Yes, there is a nice parade but all of the bars and clubs are open and it is more about drinking as much as possible than the actual parade in my opinion. I haven't been in many years and will not be attending today. Instead my husband and I will be going out to lunch as we usually do at our favorite hangout. We will have lunch, a few cocktails, we'll spend some time just talking and laughing. . . it's a nice time. Certainly it will be much calmer and more civilized than what will be happening across the bridge. What is everyone else up to today?
