Accidental Delicious Recipies

What I mean by accidental is I often start out cooking something new, and if I do not have the ingredients on hand for the original recipe, I add ingredients I do have on hand until it no longer resembles what I was trying to make in the first place.I have really come up with some wonderful recipes like this. Does anyone else ever do that?

Yes, all the time. With some cooking experience one doesn't haver to follow a recipe like a slave.
