I'm starting to wonder

I'm starting to wonder if I have Restless Leg Syndrome? Lately when I try and go to sleep, my legs start to ache, it seems to calm down a little bit if I keep moving them. I don't know if it's the fibromiligia acting up, RLS or anxiety? Either way, it's annoying and painful. I already struggle with insomnia, I don't need something else keeping me awake. Do you struggle with RLS?

I usually just put my legs up on two pillows to relax my legs a little bit but if this does not work i get up and walk around the room or i come on line to divert my mind from the pain.

Sometimes I do get up and walk around, coming on here helps a little to keep my mind off of it.

I think I've heard somewhere that fibromyalgia and RLS can go hand in hand. I'd call your specialoist and get an appointment about it. It could be another flare up or it could be RLS.

@lilnana1111 Your welcome. I hope it's just another flare up as I think it would be easier to handle than RLS on top of everything else.

I do not have this problem, but I understand that it could be annoying. Have you asked to your doctor? I should you could speak with him.

They say that your legs tingle and you can't help but move your legs. I would speak to the doctor about it.

I'm hoping I don't have it, I have enough stuff, I don't need more.

No. But I used to have leg pain. My legs would get really tight and hurt. When I started exercising regularly, my legs stopped being so tight.
