How young we looked on our wedding day!

I guess if we looked so young, it's because we were! I was 18 and my handsome Navy husband was only 20. We thought we were grown, but we've actually grown up together. In fact, my husband claims he raised me and he really did. Sometimes I wonder if I ever have yet?

The clue is to age but never grow old. I married my first husband when I was 19. He was 22 going on 10. LOL.

I take it he's not still your husband? We've aged, but I actually feel younger now than I did all those years ago! Well, most days anyway.

@1creekgirl we had 4 children together. I left him a week before the twins were born. Tough times. But, I survived.

A beautiful photo! I was 22 and my husband was almost 26 when we married--and in hindsight we were mighty young as well!

@1creekgirl Not always...I think we get to a point where we think we're younger than we are. I for one, don't 'intend to ever grow up .

You do make a good looking couple, regardless of your youth, or maybe because of it! The wifi on our printer/scanner/copier isn't working or I'd show you how young I looked when we got married. There is something nostalagically romantic about looking at wedding pictures isn't there?

@1creekgirl I had a rough night, which has lead to a rough start, but hopefully I can rest that off today. Thank you for asking.

Thanks, Judy. Amazing that we thought we were old enough to get married. Legally we were, but certainly not maturity-wise.
