Coffee is a great antioxidant. Plus it really works wonders for the skin. I have an Uncle who drink a lot of coffee and hes still wrinkle free on his 60's.

It is always good to hear news of a favourite drink being good for oneself. I am a coffee drinker, I wish I enjoyed tea more as it is quench thirsting and coffee is pleasure giving but it does not satisfy my thirst.

I can't afford fancy coffee that has a good flavor. This cheap stuff is awful so I would rather have tea.

@celticeagle Oh there are so many.. My tastes seem to always be changing. I used to like it really dark, but now I am going more for the mild breakfast blends. Then their are all the different flavors, but I am not really a fan of flavored coffee.

That's good to know. I have 2 cups in the morning and maybe a cup in the afternoon if I'm still feeling sleepy and need something to perk me up a bit.

That is good. It's the ten gallon containers some carry around with them that can be a problem I think.

A long time ago I decided not to benieve in what health people said about food. The breaking point was when they banned eggs and butter, 2 of my favorite foods. Later it was discovered that some people "made" bad cholesterol and that margerine was worse than real butter.

I think the key is moderation. We shouldn't over eat any of it. I love butter too and all the junk goodies I can get my hands on.

If it does all those things then I am happy Celtic. I love coffee now, though I used to always drink tea. I cant drink a lot of it coz of bladder issues but man it tastes so good and wakes me right up. Enjoy yours in the morning.
