My friend no longer communicates with me after knowing that I am in a realtionship with a man from Auckland

I miss my friend from the other site. He used to communicate with me. We shared interactions there in the other site hard to mention here at Mylot. Even here we communicate for fortunately he is also a Mylotter.He was the one who invited me to join in the other site that seems like a sister company of Mylot. We always keep in touch.He is a male , by the way. Then one day, I posted in the other site about the man of my dream with his handsome photo,plus confessing that he is my partner from Auckland, New Zealand.He asked me if he is the man I am in a relationship with, and of course, I said , yes. After that, he no longer communicates with me, unlike before, everyday. I am really sad. What kind of friendship do you have my dear friend? Why change your usual dealing with me after knowing that I already have someone in my life.
You are so unfair. If you only know that I keep on finding your messages in the other site, then you might say that I am a true friend.If you happen to read this and understand it's you, I mean, then I would humbly apologize.
I just miss a friend like you.
Am I wrong to post it here and let him know?

You're not wrong. It's just the guy is probably heart broken because he was hopeful. Even if it's illogical people get attached when they spend a lot of time talking to another.

@cacay1 Some men only care about the conquest, and you were already taken so he moved on. It doesn't matter if it was in his fantasy or not.
As for me, I don't care so much any more and have even gotten into troublesome friendships with taken women. Oh well! :D
If you don't mind that kind of friend I'm around. :P

@Marcyaz, Your resolution on this matter is so great.It might be true, he was hoping for more than a friendly relationship.That is not also the reason why just neglect our friendship built for almost one year..with daily chats, interactions, and emails.

I guess, he likes to have a romantic relationship with you , that's why when he learned that you already have a boyfriend , he didn't communicate with you anymore .

I think as a guy if he really loves you, he'd be happy for you. Of course, he was sad, but he could have just admitted his frustration and talk about it with you. Maybe you can just move on too if he has already made this decision, i feel for him too but right now i guess he's talking to some one else hoping to have a positive outcome.

no, it's not wrong, good that he'll know about your feelings that you miss him. i think, he has a feeling towards you and he didn't expect that you have a relationship already with another man so he cuts your communication to stop that feelings.

What he did was not apt reason being friends don't just cut off like this for no reason.And if he had a crush on you also then also this is not right.Friendship doesn't means you will stop contacting the other for any reason.It has to be forever.

He did not tell you the reason he will not talk to you anymore. Maybe he knows something he is not telling you. Is there maybe something your partner is not telling you? Does he know your former friend? I see this is an old post so are you still with your partner and did you and your friend get things sorted out? By the way what is the sister company to My lot? Is it still around and like My Lot?
