To stay or not to stay? That is the question I have in mind for the past few days. I can't sleep and I need someone to help me out with this. I have been working in this company for 5 years now. I am happy with the people I work with. My bosses are the best. The work environment is great. The schedule is good. I could not ask anything more. But, the thing is, I am no longer happy with the work load they are giving me. It's a new work which was actually not what I applied for. But, they say, you have to be ready for whatever job they give you and be prepared for any changes along your stay. I am trying to love the new workload, but i just could't take it any longer. The work is just not for me I guess. Do you think it would be best for me to stay? Or is better not to stay? Would it be best to find a new job? Could I still find another company as good as this one? Or is it right to stay and give the new work a few more days until I get used to it?

Oh, this is tough. If you need the job don't quit. Or maybe you have to apply for another company first before quitting in your present job. Nowadays , it's not easy to find a work. And you're lucky to have one, especially that you have a good boss and you said you could not ask for more. Five years in this company seems not enough to say that you're not happy with your present job. You have to stay more years and see if your not really happy with your job. Just my thoughts.

It's just that recently there has been changes with our work load. That is the reason why I am no longer happy with it. I am trying to look for another job now, but it seems it just so hard to look for one which is as good as my present job.

My opinion is do what makes you happy if you can't take it anylonger then take the risk , rather regret not doing it, most especially when you are young, there are lot of opportunities that awaits you.

That is also one of the things I am thinking. I know there are other jobs out there were my qualifications would fit in. I am just afraid to take that risk. Maybe the new company will be not as good as my present one. There's so many what if;s on my head
