My wife ordered flooring from big box store. When we got paper work there were things we didn't need or did we order.. They charged us to install molding we didn't want. And charged us for molding.. We had a $70 delivery fee to bring the flooring and leave in carport. Then they wanted to charge us $40 carry-in fee to have a person bring it from the carport to our living room, plus $2 for a second person to help him. I told them to kiss my a---------------. Sat down with a sales rep and went over things. There bill was for $2975, when we got done total bill came to $2025.. Big differant.. You really got to watch any kind of business anymore.. They have fees for every little thing any more...
