Do you keep a post idea file?

Back in the Bubblews days, I would come up with ideas for posts. But I either had something else to do, or I didn’t have time to do some research for the post, or there was some reason I couldn’t just type up the idea and post it. So I started a Word doc that just had a listing of ideas, “Most memorable dream – mastodons, The women with tight faces, How do you offend people?” Random things like that. Well, I had a pretty good list, and then Bubblews imploded. I looked around for some similar sites, and found a couple. But I decided to focus the kinds of posts I did on each one, so I ended up taking that one list, and cutting it up into three or four. Then those sites started dying, and I sort of put all the ideas back together. Then I decided to start some new blogs focused on different things, so then I had to split everything back up again. The reason for this post is that I think I’ve finally found all the various idea lists I had and have them finally split into ones for my different blogs and one for here on myLot. Which probably means that myLot will announce tomorrow that they’re closing.

I don't keep one. This is my first forum. I just write whatever topic I could think of at the moment.
