Thursday evenings our community gardening group is going to meet to work together in the garden. That does not mean we will not garden individually as well. This was our first Thursday. We planted potatoes, because it is St. Patricks' Day and onions because we were there. Others worked on raised beds and I gathered up old stones and hauled them away to be used later to hold down mulching materials, like cardboard. Afterwards hubby kidnapped me and drove me to a nearby town for food. He was supposed to cook. I am adding a link that should be the back of me, plus another gardener. You may also be able to explore the web page. Time to wash up and hit the hay. I am quite tired.
Florence Community Garden added 12 new photos.

This really sounds nice. I wish we could have a garden here. We are going to have some potted veggies, mostly salad stuff, and some sage and lavender. That's about it. I went and liked your page. Nice tract of land you have for a garden.

Oh cool. A gardening group that actually gets together and does stuff. How fun. I've never participated in such a gathering.

Community gardening sounds like fun. I garden with the kids I work with as much as I can.

I´d love to have a gardening group. The only other person I know that is interested in planting veggies is my sister who lives hours away from me.

Great photos, we already planted potatoes, we have not the St. Patrick's Day tradition here.

Gardening is really good exercise - and also therapeutic. Hope you sleep well.
