Yesterday after we got to the metro station our van just died out of no where. We where not sure what happened at first. We called my mother in law since the van was here's for several years and she was the only other person that has a big enough car to take us ans our kids home, she told us leave the car go on with our day with the kids and call when we where heading back and they would meet us. Okay not a problem so we went on with our kids for one day trip. Once we came back we waited my husband step dad to come. He looked at the van and fixed it. But it was short lived we made it half way home but at least to my parents house before the car started doing the same thing all over again. We left the van there over night my dad took two drives to get us all home last night thankfully. Now my husband and his step dad are bring the van to the shop. I hope what is broke is and Easy inexpensive fix.

It was overheating and then cause the car to stop. Found out what it was and its not a cheap fix.

Good luck with getting it fixed. I hate it when my car goes wrong as I haven't a clue what to do.

I ant do anything worth a car besides putting gas into it. My husband knows a few things but not a lot. I hate not having the van it makes it hard to go anyway where with the kids. They all have car seats and our second car is a sedan.

Well glad you were still able to do your day trip and atleast the van waited til you got to your parents to break down again. I hope it's an easy fix and not too expensive.
