Baking chocolate chips banana bread.It is in the oven

Good morning,on this nice mild day Partial sun and clouds. Today is the day that I bake the banana bread for the homeless. Mike will take it in tomorrow morning.Along with this some Easter candies etc. This is one person who love my bread and hope that he is in tomorrow. I did find some over ripe banana at the market. Since we are going over to our neighbor house for Easter. Will make another batch to take over. Today is hump day and half way to the week. Any plans for Easter and the weekend photo is what I am making.Public domaine

hi@ amadeo no plans for Easter b ut this afternoon here is a n Easter party. I think ypu are so wonderful making that great banana chocolate chip bread for the homeless Bless you my friend that must be so good to eat wow wish they would make that here in the retirement center lol lol

@amadeo I don't know the exact amount of choco chips that I put in, I went by eye. It was my first time that I added choco chips and also raisins.

@amadeo I've made it myself, but not for ages. I'll make it once I get up north to take the chill out of the house. Too hot to cook much down here.

@amadeo You know,we have so many different celebrations and some of them are celebrated in specific parts of the country.Anyway one celebration is coming up in my state(Kerala) and may be in some parts of another state-- Karnataka.It is called Vishu. May be I will write a discussion on that,It is celebrated on April !4.
