Random Word Post – maugre

I find a random word by flipping through my 2003 The New Webster’s Concise Dictionary and write a quick – often silly – little post about it. # “maugre – Archaic, In spite of.” When I go flipping through my dictionary, I’ll often come across words I don’t know. I don’t always use them, because I often can’t think of something funny to say about them. Maugre that happening here, I still went with maugre.

You may not use this word so as with others for it is very old, out of date, obsolete. Any writer for that matter is not using it. Well, for the sake of discussion and for information on "funny" word as you call it, it is okay.
