What food you should eat to burn fat?

Well, I am not an over weight person. But I am asking this as a future plan. I know cinnamon, green tea can reduce fat and also lemon in lukewarm water in morning can burn fat but do you know anything more? Please share.

Rather than the food you should be eating, it should be the food that you should not be eating. One good way is to stay away from all processed food and all fried food. If you are able to do that, and eat lean meat, you should be fine.

I would also say that you should eat as many vegetables and fruits as you can and avoid too much meat and fish

Only eating a sensible amount of lots of different foods will keep fat from being deposited. Leaving 12 hours between your meal at night and your breakfast can help as it helps the microbes in your gut
