@SHOHANA I prefer really early in the morning or the evening. Not really fond of the middle of the day.

@VivaLadani13 I am a lazy thing so no walks for me. Though I love early mornings but still wouldn't get up for walks.

I am fine with an evening walk since it's much colder to do so.

@SHOHANA Oh yes, but eventually after some time the sun will start to give off heat. Though it's still healthy for the body.

@SHOHANA,Yes,I do.In fact, going for long walks in evening has been my routine for years.I can't go for morning walks, because it is the time for going to my workplace. In the evening I cover 5-7 kms everyday.

In fact at night I am usually busy. Such as I have to wash the dishes, check my child's homework etc. So I will not go out at night in usual. But last summer vacation my son had a travel to Hong Kong and therefore we had more free time at night. After dinner, my husband and I would go to have a walk and it seemed finally we had our own romantic time. We also walked quite far away and it was good for our health

Why would an evening walk be considered better than morning walk. I usually go for morning walks as at that time you get fresh oxygen.

Yes because it's a bit cold and I get to burn the calories, resulting from what I ate during dinner.

I like morning walks because I am a morning person. Also it is safer.

I always do evening walk. Since it is cooler to walk around my place than in broad daylight.

i used to walk at night. i find it better than a morning walk. i hate being under the sun to be honest. there are hanging lamps where i used to walk too, i love those stuff. thats one reason why i prefer walking at night.
