Lenten Guilt / myLot

How's your Holy Week? I am now listening to Easter Vigil Mass over the Radio while my baby is sleeping beside me. This year, I was not able to observe the Holy Week like in the past years.While writing this,I am suddenly feeling guilty.I attended the Maundy Thursday Mass, but my mind was wandering because I was thinking of my baby who I left to the care of my mom.I was not able to do the Way of the Cross .But in the past years , mom and I would visit fourteen churches by foot. I was not also able to confess.I felt like I have put God aside because I have been preoccupied with my baby and other stuff. I should have been more reflective.

You know , you shouldn't have attended the mass , if your mind is wandering because you were thinking of your baby . God understands every situation .

I hope you had your complete trust to your mother that your baby will be well taken care of by her, so your heart and soul were committed to listening to the word of God. anyway, Happy Easter to you, my dear.

I was just worried because she does not apply mosquito repellent on my baby. It is just not her habit.Perhaps, during her time mosquitoes were not harmful unlike these days. Thanks, @ridingbet
