Easter? Celebrating?

Are you celebrating Easter this year? It snuck up on me so fast I didn't have a chance to prepare. I usually make a ham, green bean casserole, broccoli and cauliflower (for my daughter), mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese(boxed for the kids). Luckily I had thought ahead enough to buy plushes, and last week I bought chocolate bunnies and peanut butter and chocolate eggs. Boy was that close! So how do you celebrate Easter? What do you cook?

When I was growing up, we'd go to my grandparents house and have the meal. My aunt, uncle, and cousin would be there too. I always loved the holidays. LOL Now it is just me and my kids. Have a good Easter.

I have no idea yet what my family will cook later. For now, I'm home guarding the house & the dogs. I love your Easter plans.

I didn't cook, I went to my sisters. She put on a nice spread. Your dinner sounds good. I'm glad you got it taken care of before it passed you by. I have a leg of lamb in the fridge I'm going to make up when my son has a day off on Wednesday.

@just4him It's been hard to get back into the swing of things. My kid was up most of Sunday night and slept until 9 yesterday morning. It was the first day back to school for him. LOL
