Blessings of grandparents

I live in a joint family in India . My grandparents live with me . I have always wondered what our life would be today without them. So much love and affection they have for us . After my mother's death , they are the people who are taking care of us in terms of love and affection . I think God sends some people to our lives as a blessing. And i think my grandparents are a blessing to us . They have seen so much in their life but have always been happy in the bare minimum . I just wish they live more than 100 years and enjoy their life till the last day . I hope God blesses them with a healthy life.

God loves us very much. it's His way of comforting you all these years since your mom left for good. i'll also pray that your grandparents will live a little bit longer. take care.

Thank God you had your grandparents in the most trying of times. Are they your paternal or maternal grandparents? If maternal, it must have been so traumatic for them too to see their own daughter passing away at the age of 42. THe grief of parents=in-law will be slightly less thta of her own parents. I pray they live up to a ripe old age and see you and your 15 year old brother settle down.

No they are my paternal parents . But i think the pain is more for them as to my maternal as it caused huge loss to a family they built

Jesus always surrounds us with people who loves us. It is in our hands now if we will value them or not, if we will reject their love or not. You are truly bless to have family who love you so much and will always be there in good and bad times. God bless. And you are also a blessing to your grandparents.
