Is it true? This is according to one naturopathist and I also read this in one article. They say dairy products like milk are difficult to digest and therefore block our arteries. Is it true?

I have never heard this, but makes sense. Just pleased I am not a big consumer of dairy products.

Hi, @Corbin5! I think you're also from Seraphic. Nice to see you here. Oh! I always try to drink fresh milk because of my scoliosis.

Hi, @Hatley! Good afternoon! Is it 3:43 PM there? It's 4:43 AM here in Manila. I'm a bit confused so sometimes I drink fresh milk and sometimes I avoid it.

Varicose veins are cause by poor circulation, I don't know or have not researched if dairy products slows it down or blocks it in a way

Or maybe genetics, @louievill. So sad I wore closed high heeled shoes for 10 years and I think I also inherited this from my father.
