Walk In Peace

For a couple of months, I had been in so much stress. Stressed by the people I work with and stressed by the pressure of reaching my goal. I noticed every single mistake people made and it pissed me off! At the end of the day, I couldn't even sleep well thinking of the bad things that happened that day. I wasn't in peace. Then I came across Joyce Meyer's 14 day less stress life challenge. Walking in peace with less stress is a choice that we can make by simply reminding ourselves some simple things. We need to be reminded that we cannot control everything. Dealing with difficult people can be done by praying or just meditating. Take a pause for awhile and let go of those frustrations in life. Let's walk in peace and smile for no particular reason at all!

@birjudanak long time ago, i was making $20 every month and I wasn't even starting a lot of discussions. Old mylot members make comments even on other people's comments and we all talk in another mylotter's one discussion. it was fun back then and we didn't think about the money! But mylot seemed to have changed a lot these days. People just make comments upon reading the discussion and they don't read the other's comment in the same discussion anymore. It's sad. The interaction is less than before. Mylot seemed to have turned into bubblews.

It's good that you have found the challenge, and it helped you as well. I used to enjoy jogging in the morning, and it felt something like meditation to me as well, it cleared my mind and made me calm. I like to meditate as well, it always benefits me if I spend time to meditate everyday, even though just 5-10 minutes a day, but I am not doing it consistently yet. Hope you'll always be in peace, and ignore those unnecessarily stresses, especially from others.
